Change of number of shares and share capital in Truecaller AB (publ)

The number of shares and the share capital in Truecaller AB (publ) ("Truecaller") has changed during March 2022 as a result of the new share issue in connection with the acquisition of CallHero.

As of 31 March 2022, the number of shares in Truecaller amounts to 373,959,710, of which 46,783,800 ordinary shares class A with 10 votes per share and 327,175,910 ordinary shares class B with 1 vote per share. The number of shares class B has increased by 295,640. The share capital has increased by SEK 591.28, from SEK 747,328.14 to SEK 747,919.42
