Operations Manager

Duke Exploration Limited (ASX: DEX) (“Duke” or “the Company”) confirms that Dr Greg Partington, Operations Manager, is moving on from the Company after 5 years of service. Greg was a founding director and secured the Company’s inaugural portfolio of tenements. Greg was also heavily involved in Duke’s listing on the ASX and was instrumental in setting up the initial exploration plan for the Bundarra pluton tenements.

Greg leaves the Company to focus on his consulting business and other projects. He and his related parties remain a substantial shareholder of the Company, and Kenex Pty Ltd (of which Greg is a Director) will still remain a key technical consultant to the Company. Greg’s services through Kenex will therefore still be available as and when required.

The Company wishes Greg all of the best in his future endeavours and thanks him for his services over the past 5 years.
