Ian McAleese and Jane Seawright leave True North Copper

True North Copper Limited (Administrators Appointed) (ASX: TNC) advises that Ian McAleese and Jane Seawright have resigned from the True North Copper Board as of 15 November 2024.

The Board thanks Ian for his service as Non-Executive Chairman since his appointment to that role in May 2023 and Jane for her service as Non-Executive Director since July 2023. The Company wishes them both well in their future endeavours.
