RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
30 JUNE, 2021
As foreshadowed in the Announcement of 23 April 2021 regarding the appointment of Mr Philip Condon as the new Managing Director, Mr Eugene Iliescu having now completed the two month transition and handover period, has now resigned as a director of the Company.
The Board wishes to express it thanks for the services of Eugene as the Company’s inaugural Managing Director and his untiring efforts in transitioning Duke from an unlisted to a listed public company.
