Emerald Capital Corp., a corporation formed under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada ("Emerald"), holds .01% of the outstanding equity interests of PIP. PCL is the parent company and holds 100% of the outstanding capital stock of each of PCIC and Emerald. Mr. Leonard is the President and the ultimate control person of PCL.
