OPTIONS PLACEMENT – APPLICATION FOR QUOTATION

Further to the announcement on 2 November 2021 whereby Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, Triton or Company ) announced that the offers made pursuant to the Placement Prospectus dated 23 September 2021 were fully subscribed, and Triton had received valid applications for a placement of 170,170,210 New TONO Options (ASX Code: TONOF), the Company advises that the Options have been allotted and an Appendix 2A in application for quotation of TONOF follows.
