ELECTRONIC LODGMENT
Dear Sir or Madam,
APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON, “Triton”, “the Company”) wishes to advise effective immediately the resignation of Mr Brad Boyle as Company Secretary and the appointment of Ms Paige Exley as joint Company Secretary.
Mr Brad Boyle resigns from the role of Company Secretary to focus on his current role as Managing Director to rapidly expand the Balama North Projects, with specific focus on the Nicanda Hill prospect. It is the Company’s belief that the Mozambique, Balama North Project could host multiple and very substantial world class graphite deposits. In pursuit of the Company’s ambition to become a leading graphite and potential vanadium producer, Mr Boyle will guide Triton through its aggressive exploration program and the further development of the key Mozambique Graphite Projects.
Ms Exley is currently Triton’s Chief Financial Officer and is sharing the Company Secretary role with Mr Michael Brady, Triton’s Company Secretary and General Counsel.
