RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the Issue and Admission were duly passed.

Full details of the Resolutions were set out in the circular published by the Company on 27 January 2016 (the "Circular"). 

Details of the proxies received from Shareholders in respect of each Resolution are set out below:

Notes:

c)         Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the "For" totals.
