Issue of Equity

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that on 10 October 2016, 74,216 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options.

Application has been made for the 74,216 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on 17 October 2016. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 42,367,917. Accordingly, the figure of 42,367,917 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
