Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014 ("2014 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM is to be held at 11am on 16 December 2014 at Lynx Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY.
