Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, has been notified by Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, that he has bought 8,300 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 235 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 November 2018. Paul Swinney's resultant shareholding in the Company is 476,429 Ordinary Shares representing 1.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified by David Orr, Non-Executive Director, that he has bought 8,300 Ordinary Shares at a price of 236 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 November 2018. David Orr's resultant shareholding in the Company is 27,811 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
