Director Shareholding

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Mr Paul Swinney, CEO, has today sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 22.5p per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction Mr Swinney will be interested in 893,742 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
