Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 11am on 15 December 2015 at Lynx Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY.
