Appointment of new Company Secretary

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces the appointment of Heidi Allard, UK Finance Director and Global Financial Controller of Tristel plc, as Company Secretary with effect from 4 October 2022. Heidi Allard will succeed Liz Dixon as Company Secretary.

Heidi has worked at Tristel in the Finance team since 2017, and as a certified accountant has over 20 years' experience in senior financial roles, working closely alongside Liz Dixon in governance and Company secretarial duties.
