Director Appointment

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), a leading manufacturer of infection prevention and contamination control products, announces the appointment of Isabel Napper to the Board as a non-executive director.

Isabel has more than 30 years' experience advising clients in the technology and healthcare/life science sectors, where she has experience leading on business development and managing regulatory issues, governance, risk and strategic change. Isabel was previously a partner at the law firm Mills & Reeve where she acted as legal adviser and company secretary to a number of boards. She is also a non-executive director of AIM quoted SDI Group plc and is chair of its Remuneration Committee.

It is expected that Isabel will join Tristel's Remuneration committee.
