ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 4,247,195 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 100.460 pence per share on 13 February 2024 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 22 September 2023.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 27 February 2024.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 63,113,620 Venture Class Shares.
