The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc is pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new Venture Shares for subscription in the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 tax years.
Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in September.
