Offer for Subscription - Extension of Closing Date

Change of expected final date of allotment

The Company announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Offer for Subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 14 September 2020 (the "Offer"), the Board of Directors have resolved to extend the closing date of the Offer from 30 July 2021 to 20 August 2021. 

The Board further announces that there has been a change to the expected timetable for the final allotment in respect of the 2021/22 tax year (the "Final Allotment") under the Offer, as follows:

Deadline for receipt of applications, and cleared funds*, for the Final Allotment	12 noon on 20 August 2021
Final Allotment	20 August 2021

*Cheques must be received no later than 12 noon on 17 August 2021.

A copy of the prospectus dated 14 September 2020 relating to the Offer has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk.
