Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Fifth Allotment

The Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 389,051 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 102.176p per share on 30 August 2019 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 14 September 2018. 

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 13 September 2019.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 23,687,737:

9,951,133 A Ordinary Shares

6,824,266 B Ordinary Shares

6,912,338 Venture Shares
