ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 2,118,892 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 99.129 pence per share on 30 November 2023 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 22 September 2023.

As part of today's Venture Share allotment, Julian Antony Bartlett, a Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 20,448 Venture Shares in the Company. The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 14 December 2023.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 57,193,497 Venture Shares.
