Offer for Subscription - over-allotment facility
The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc confirms that they have resolved to utilise £5m of the over-allotment facility of £20m in relation to the Company's offer for subscription (the "Offer"). This increases the amount that can be raised under the Offer to £20m.
