RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

At a general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions as set out in the notice of general meeting dated 11 September 2019 (the "Resolutions") were passed with the requisite majority.

Details of the proxy votes in respect of the Resolutions received 48 hours before the meetings by Neville Registrars Limited is set out below:
