The Company announces that on 29 May 2025, Benedict Luke Green, a Principal of the Investment Manager, and Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated (" PCA ") of Benedict Luke Green, acquired in aggregate 122,093 Ordinary Shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares ").

Following this acquisition, Benedict Luke Green holds 359,374 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,249,030 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
