TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2021, it purchased for cancellation 28,350 C Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("C Shares") at a price of 74.97p per C Share and 9,499 E Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("E Shares") at a price of 85.13p per E Share.

Total Voting Rights

Following the transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:

13,413,088 C Ordinary Shares

13,604,637 D Ordinary Shares

28,940,076 E Ordinary Shares

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 55,957,801. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the purposes of calculating whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
