The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc announce that the Company has purchased a total of 11,763 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each from a shareholder at a price of 60.37 pence per share.

As a consequence of this buy-back, the total number of shares in issue is 51,737,547 consisting of:
