The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc announce that the Company has purchased a total of 39,962 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each from a shareholder at a price of 73.962 pence per share.

As a consequence of this buy-back, the total number of shares in issue is 29,449,140 consisting of:

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

19,745,379 Ordinary Shares

4,572,408 C Ordinary Shares
