Tender Offer Result

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce that as at 1pm on 29 November 2013 a further and final 14,054,009 of Ordinary Shares were tendered under the Tender Offer.  A total of 14,054,009 Ordinary Shares will be repurchased at the Tender Price of 80.8955p per share by the Company on 3 December 2013 and cancelled.

Following the cancellation the Company will have the following shares in issue:

19,785,341 Ordinary Shares

5,131,353 A Shares

A total of 34,195,496 Ordinary Shares have been tendered under the Tender Offer which is now closed.
