Buy-back of equity

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce that on 18 October 2013 a total of 20,141,487 Ordinary Shares were purchased for cancellation at the Tender  Price of 80.8955p per share pursuant to the Tender Offer detailed in the Circular dated 29 August 2013.

Following the cancellation the share capital will comprise:

25,557,766 Ordinary Shares

5,131,353 A Shares

7,263,471 B Shares
