First Allotment

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the allotment of 23,850,418     E Ordinary Shares allotted on 3 April 2017 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 7 October 2016.  The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:

420,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 100p per share

53,435 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.010p per share

1,775,434 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.523p per share

1,582,133 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.781p per share

13,674,469 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.041p per share

78,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share

280,082 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.093p per share

820,245 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share

1,393,911 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.167p per share

2,869,775 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share

166,684 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.987p per share

736,250 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.263p per share

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 19 April 2017.
