Issue of Equity - D Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the first allotment of 4,000,001 D Ordinary Shares allotted on 20 January 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 29 October 2014.  The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:

7,462 shares of 1p each at a price of 100.503p per share

64,024 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.523p per share

3,002,124 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.093p per share

926,391 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence by 3 February 2015.

As a consequence of this allotment the total number of shares in issue is 42,047,675 consisting of:

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

19,474,883 Ordinary Shares

13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares

4,000,001 D Ordinary Shares
