Issue of Equity - 'B' Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the fourth and final allotment of 'B' Ordinary Shares allotted pursuant to the offer for subscription, being 156,823 B Ordinary Shares of 1p each allotted on 1 May 2013 at a price of 96.92p per share.

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 8 May 2013.

As a consequence of this allotment a total of 7,263,471 B Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.

The Offer has now closed.
