Issue of Equity - 'B' Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the second allotment of 'B' Ordinary Shares allotted pursuant to the offer for subscription, being 1,276,982 'B' Ordinary Shares of 1p each allotted on 19 March 2013 at a price of 96.92p per share to be admitted to the Official List: 

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 26 March 2013.

As a consequence of this allotment a total of 3,564,877 B Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.
