Publication of Prospectus and Circular

The Company has today issued a prospectus and circular relating to a proposed offer for subscription to raise up to £15,000,000 by the issue of  "E" ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, with an over allotment of up to a further £15,000,000 (the "Offer").

The Offer is now open and will close at noon on 31 March 2017 for the 2016/2017 tax year and noon on 27 April 2017 for the 2017/2018 tax year, or earlier if the Offer is fully subscribed. The board of the Company reserves the right to close the Offer earlier, or extend to a date no later than 2 October 2017.

The prospectus and circular will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
