The board of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has issued a prospectus and circular relating to an offer for D ordinary shares to raise £10 million (the "Offer")*, following approval from the UK Listing Authority.

* If the Offer is oversubscribed it may be increased to £20 million at the Directors' discretion.

The Offer is now open and is expected to close on 30 April 2015 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.  A copy of the prospectus and the circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSMand may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk
