(the "Company")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has today resolved to pay the following interim dividends (together "the Dividends"):

·      £3,898,017 equal to 29p per share to C Class Shareholders;

·      £6,850,818 equal to 50p per share to D Class Shareholders; and

·      £1,447,479 equal to 5p per share to the E Class Shareholders.

The Dividends will be payable on or around 25 March 2020 to those C Share Class, D Share Class and E Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 March 2020. The ex-dividend dates will be 12 March 2020.
