Dividend Declaration

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has today resolved to pay the following interim dividends:

·    £11,821,899 equal to 60.74p per share to the Ordinary Class Shareholders

·    £672,072 equal to 5p per share to C Class Shareholders

·    £685,082 equal to 5p per share to D Class Shareholders.

The above dividends will be paid on 26 July 2018 to those Ordinary Share Class, C Share Class and D Share Class shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 13 July 2018.
