Dividend Declaration

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has today resolved to pay the following dividends:

·    £1,459,734 equal to 7.5p per share to the Ordinary Class Shareholders (comprising a special dividend of 2.5p per share and an annual dividend of 5p per share)

·    £1,282,838 equal to 25p per share to A Share Class Shareholders

·    £672,072 equal to 5p per share to C Share Class Shareholders

·    £685,082 equal to 5p per share to D Share Class Shareholders.

The above dividends will be paid on 14 July 2017 to those Ordinary, A Share Class, C Share Class and D Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 June 2017.
