Announcement of an Interim Dividend by Triple Point Income VCT plc

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has resolved to pay a dividend of £672,072 equal to 5p per share to C Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 8 July 2016 to those C Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 June 2016.
