Announcement of Dividend by Triple Point Income VCT plc

The Board of  Triple Point Income VCT plc has resolved to pay a dividend of 4.109p per share to Ordinary Class shareholders on the register at 20 December 2013.  The dividend will be paid on 10 January 2014.
