Offer for Subscription - Over Allotment Facility

The directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc have today confirmed that the over allotment facility of £10 million may be used in relation to the offer for subscription that opened on 29 October 2014 (the "Offer").

The Offer is expected to close on 30 April 2015 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.  A copy of the prospectus relating to the Offer may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk.
