On 31 July 2020, the issued share capital of the Company was as follows:

13,604,637 D Ordinary Shares

28,949,575 E Ordinary Shares

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 55,995,650.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
