Issue of Equity - E Ordinary Shares

Fourth Allotment

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the allotment today of 385,998 E Ordinary Shares of 1p each, at a price of 103.627p per share, pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 7 October 2016. 

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 30 May 2017.

As a consequence of this allotment the total number of shares in issue is 80,687,122 consisting of:

19,463,120 Ordinary Shares

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares

13,701,636 D Ordinary Shares

28,949,575 E Ordinary Shares
