Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 579,246 D Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 14 April 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 October 2014.  The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:

436,496 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.093p per share

95,500 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share

47,250 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.820p per share

Admission is expected to be effective on or around 28 April 2015.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 47,476,918:

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

19,474,883 Ordinary Shares

13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares

9,429,244 D Ordinary Shares
