Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 382,400 D Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 2 April 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 October 2014.  The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:

78,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share

191,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share

113,400 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.820p per share

Admission is expected to be effective on or around 20 April 2015.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 46,897,672:

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

19,474,883 Ordinary Shares

13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares

8,849,998 D Ordinary Shares
