Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc are pleased to announce the fourth allotment of 3,949,046 C Ordinary Shares on 4 April 2014 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 20 December 2013.  The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:

200,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 100.000p per share

630,336 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share

96,499 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share

785,010 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share

148,020 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.715p per share

24,356 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.722p per share

2,064,825 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.820p per share

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 18 April 2014.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 35,789,730:

5,131,353 A Ordinary Shares

19,722,809 Ordinary Shares

10,935,568 C Ordinary Shares
