RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At a general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the notice of general meeting of the Company dated 28 July 2023 (the "Resolutions") were passed with the requisite majority.
Details of the proxy votes in respect of the Resolutions received as at 10.00 am on 30 August 2023 by Computershare Investor Services PLC, are set out below:

Further to the passing of the Resolutions, the cancellation of the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority will take effect from 8.00am on 4 September 2023.
