Given the unprecedented times due to Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide its General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 has perfutted the holding of the AGM through Video Conferencing (`VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue.
