RE: Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders of Aranjin Resources Ltd. to be held on November 6, 2023 (the “Meeting”)

I, Matthew Wood, the Executive Chairman of Aranjin Resources Ltd., in such capacity and not in my personal capacity, hereby certify for and on behalf of Aranjin Resources Ltd. that:

• (a) in accordance with the requirements set out in section 2.20(a) of National Instrument 54-101 – Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer (the “ Instrument ”), arrangements have been made to have proxy related materials for the Meeting sent in compliance with the Instrument to all beneficial owners at least 21 days before the date fixed for the Meeting;

• (b) in accordance with the requirements set out in section 2.20(b) of the Instrument, arrangements have been made to carry out all the requirements of the Instrument in addition to those described in subparagraph (a) above; and

• (c) Aranjin Resources Ltd. is relying on section 2.20 of the Instrument to abridge the time prescribed in subsection 2.5(1) of the Instrument.
