Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Trinity, the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it is posting to shareholders today copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES on Tuesday, 19 June 2018 at 9:30 a.m.  

The Annual Report and Accounts will also be available to view on the Company's website, www.trinityexploration.com, from later today.
