Trinity, the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it is posting to shareholders today copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, Third Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG on Friday, 23 June 2017 at 9:30 a.m. 

The Annual Report and Accounts will also be available to view on the Company's website, www.trinityexploration.com, from later today.
